This practice is both in-network and out-of-network for insurance panels. Typical reimbursement for in-network and out-of-network benefits will average around 60-80% of session fees (usually covers both individual and group sessions). Please check with your insurance company to verify your benefits based on our in-network or out-of-network status for outpatient mental health. Many plans, especially out-of-network benefits, include a deductible that has to be met before services are covered, please ask specifically about this. We will also verify your benefits when you start services or check your benefits prior to scheduling if you prefer. However, we cannot guarantee coverage or benefits.

This credit card will be used for the following:
-Cancellation/Reschedule fees are $25 per missed session if they are made with less than 24 hours advance notice of your session time.
-No-show fees are equivalent to session fees. Initial intake assessment session fees range from $105.00 to $125.00 (not accounting for sliding scale fees, which may apply, if already determined).
Insurance & third-party payers will not reimburse for these fees, therefore, these fees are the full responsibility of the patient.

Sliding Scale fees apply to all services listed above (except VMAS as theses rates are already considerably reduced). These reduced fees are available to those in need of services who have limited ability to pay. A sliding scale is not available to clients who can afford the standard fees on a consistent basis, regardless of whether they meet the criteria or have assistance with payment. If any of the conditions apply to you, then you may qualify for a sliding scale fee which may result in standard fees being reduced by at least 25% and up to more than 50%. This Center for Healing & Recovery does bill many insurance plans, for in-network and out-of-network claims (see below for more details). Cash, check, or credit card is required at the beginning of each session for co-payment and co-insurance amounts. A credit card will be kept on file for cancellation fees, no-show charges, returned check charges, and additional fees (see Informed Consent).
