“My goal as a clinician is to provide clients with the tools that are essential to build resiliency, self-esteem and inner strength. Everyone that I see has a story. It is my job to listen and help children, adolescents and adults explore ways to tell their stories in an environment that is safe and nurturing.  As a therapist I help clients to regulate their emotions, feel better, have more confidence, and be hopeful. I also teach healthy ways to cope with overwhelming and often times emotionally painful situations.” -Deidre
