"I aim to not only gain your trust but create a nurturing environment that feels safe and comfortable. Most of my clients tell me how easy it is for them to open up in therapy with me, which is a surprising and welcome change for those with prior negative experiences or concerns for starting therapy for the first time. I believe that the experiences we have in life affect us but don’t have to define us as a person. I also believe that you are more than the choices you've made. Let me help you transform any area of your life whether it be financial, relational, vocational, or emotional. Let me help you find purpose and fuilfillment. Let me help you find calmness in a chaotic world." Ashley
