“Seeking help and looking for a therapist who can join you in your personal journey is a positive step indicating there is hope. I commend each person willing to take this step and the next by choosing to work with a therapist. I am honored to work with each of my clients as it is a privilege to join someone on such a personal journey.
As a client-centered humanistic therapist, my goals are to partner with you on your journey, providing support in a nonjudgmental environment. Together we will be able to explore those issues or concerns that may be getting in the way of a more rewarding life and develop a plan to move beyond limiting beliefs and behaviors. Together we will also explore your strengths and resources as well as when and how to utilize them.” Annie
